Is Covid-19 affecting your deliveries?

Yes, Covid-19 is having a large effect on our operation, But we will stay in contact with you to keep you aware of any changes in your delivery.

I’ve got a missing item, what should I do?

We always double-check all deliveries before they leave our store. To raise any issues about missing items in your online shop, then please contact us with your order number and let us know what item was missing. 

Where is my delivery? 

Our drivers will attempt to contact you in the event that the delivery is delayed. Please note, this call will be from a withheld number. You are always welcome to contact the store or email us to enquire about your delivery status.

Can you leave my delivery in the garage, porch or shed?

We’re sorry but we cannot leave deliveries unattended.

How old do I have to be to receive a grocery order?

We deliver to anyone who is 18 and over. Where our drivers believe someone is underage, and in accordance with Challenge 25, they will request to see a form of photo ID before continuing with the delivery. This is our policy regardless of whether there are age-restricted items or not.
